Hideous. Cheats. Cowboys. Joined knowing I had 14 days to cancel and get refund. Full of ugly old men. They make it impossible to get money back! No customer care details! No help! I’m having to get my bank to dispute the subscription cost and get a refund. Do not go near this site!

I met and chatted to a guy for a week on this site and then found that he had 2 profiles and the photos were actually off someone on the internet. A complete scam. The site obviously doesn’t check any of the profiles at all or the photos. I just did a google search and found out it was just cat fishing. Stay well clear.

This site is totally appalling, unless your a paid member you can’t see anyone’s profile pictures, they charge nearly £100 just for 1 months membership and the 3 months & 6 months membership are just as expensive. Membership costs are a rip off and not worth it. They offer rubbish discounts and don’t have any offers, it’s just terrible and disappointing. Major improvements need to be made to make this site appealing and they need to stop charging extortionate membership fees.

Don’t waste your time. This site is offering up singles that do not even live close to me. This morning I got a match that lived 366 miles away. Most of the matches that how up are in states next to mine. I cancelled.

Avoid – Dead profiles. Waste of time. I’m reluctant to even give 1 star. I signed up for 6 months and was happy to pay and try it out. However, I decided to cancel after a week as I realised there were a lot of dead profiles on there. This got confirmed when I recently discovered they still have my profile on there, nearly 2 years since I cancelled and requested it be deleted.

Absolute scam, if you’re serious about meeting someone, this site will mislead you, take your money for minimum of 6mths and then send you limited prescribed matches which do not even match what you are looking for…a total fabrication and exploitation…left after 6 weeks, despite having paid for a 6 mth subscription it was that bad…and you’re not reimbursed….save your money, definitely do not bother. Don’t touch with a bargepole, waste of time!

Cancelled in cooling off period but still can’t get the refund they promised me. Scammers.

I cancelled my subscription a year ago and they debited my credit card again this year – now way to make contact with them apart from a contact form which seems to go nowhere.

The site is set up to ensure it is almost impossible to cancel your extortionate subscription. There is NO, yes NO cancel subscription button although the site says one exists.

Their customer service is non existent. They hide their contact form very well so you need to navigate around the site to find it, they always take you away from it when you try find it! That tells you a lot. I think this company needs to be investigated for their processes. I think they are a money making scam. As most dating sites are.

I thought I would give it a try! Dreadful site, can’t get any support, no access to help. I have cancelled my subscription and will be contacting my bank to make sure they don’t take any more money. I had forgotten my password….so they sent me a link…however I had to put my current password in before I could change it…???? Last time I joined one of the sites I discovered that after I left it and deleted my profile and photo that it was still on the site 2years later. So be aware

I have to agree with all the poor comments on here. Unfortunately signed up for 6 months. Complete waste of money. Been contacted by several, what I can only call certifiable maniacs. Don’t bother with this site please. Completely put me off any dating sites.
